About Us

　
The America Trade Development Council (ATDC) is a U.S. registered non-profit company designed to connect people and businesses with economic and cultural opportunities internationally. ATDC is staffed with veteran business professionals and several former senior local, state and federal government officials. ATDC is committed to developing business connections, in-depth exchanges and cooperation worldwide in the fields such as commodities, petroleum, international trade, culture, science and technology, education and health, and coordination with the United Nations.
The supreme authority of ATDC is its Council. Council members are relevant government sectors, agencies, non governmental organizations and legally registered leading industry enterprises. And executive director’s recommendation, discussion and approval of the Council are the prerequisite for a membership. ATDC has its Standing Council. When the meeting of the Council is not in session, the Standing Council exercises its function and power.
ATDC has its secretariat, which is responsible for daily affairs and liaison work.
 
Main Business Scope:
1. Sharing information
To carry out extensive contacts with government sectors, mainstream society, academic institutes and organizations of all trade countries with its rich information resources. Through the channels of website information exchange and so on, to provide with information and assist our members to understand market trend and seek development opportunities.
2. Contact and Exchange
To regularly organize various activities and create contacts between our members and enterprises, including interactions of mainstream society, establishment of lateral ties and promotion of mutual exchanges and cooperation.
3. Providing Advice
To converge law, tax, finance and other professional institutions and multitudinous elites with our excellent professional strength, so as to dedicate ourselves to consulting services for our members.
4. Training
To hold various seminars, professional training and help our members understand laws, tax, investment environment of the trade organizations and the relevant states. This is conducive to the development and growth of our members.
5. Protection of Rights and Interests
It is the primary task of ATDC to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the members. Through frequent acquaintances with investment situations in trade nations, difficulties and problems, ATDC is always seeking solutions and channels for the members.
6. Business Services
To invite customers for their global investigations and business talks for the members. To undertake receptions and provide all kinds of business services.
