California FTZ Industrial Park Established, Receives Congratulations from Multiple Officials

 

The California FTZ Industrial Park, registered and established by the America Trade Development Council, received approval from the State of California on December 1, 2025. The park is located in the International Logistics Park of the City of Ontario in San Bernardino County and has a total building area of 4.35 million square feet. It falls within U.S. FTZ-50 Companies established in the park will be eligible for preferential FTZ policies. The industrial park will provide one-stop services for foreign enterprises investing in and building factories in California.

Since its establishment, the industrial park has received numerous letters of support and congratulations from U.S. government officials and local governments, expressing support and encouragement for its long-term development.

Congresswoman Judy Chu wrote in a Certificate of Congressional Recognition she sent: In Recognition of Your High Standards of Excellence and Outstanding Achievements. Your visionary leadership and your unwavering commitment to advancing international trade, economic growth, and job creation in california are truly commendable and greatly appreciated. Congratulations and best wishes for continued success in the years ahead.

California State Treasurer Fiona Ma sent a letter of support, in which she stated: As California State Treasurer, I am pleased to express my support for your proposal to establish the California FTZ Industrial Park. I commend your initiative to attract foreign enterprises to invest in California and to develop manufacturing facilities that will foster economic growth and create quality employment opportunities in the region.

The establishment of this industrial park will allow participating enterprises to benefit from Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) program incentives while strengthening the competitiveness of California's local industries. This project aligns well with California's vision for a sustainable, innovative, and globally connected economy.

I fully support the development of this project and look forward to its successful implementation, which will contribute to job creation and long-term prosperity for our communities and the State of California.

Imperial County Supervisor and Imperial County Customs Administrative Officer Escobar sent a letter of support, in which he wrote: As the Supervisor for District l of the County of imperial, I would like to express my support for your proposal to establish an industrial park within the California Free Trade Zone (FTZ). We appreciate your initiative to attract foreign enterprises to invest and build manufacturing facilities that will foster economic growth and create employment opportunities in our region.

The establishment of this industrial park will enable participating enterprises to benefit from the preferential policies of the FTZ while enhancing the competitiveness of our local industries. This project aligns well with California’s vision for a sustainable, innovative, and globally connected economy.

I fully support the development of this project and looks forward to its successful implementation, contributing to job creation and long-term prosperity for our communities and the state of California.

California State Senator Bob Archuleta and California State Assembly member Mike Fong also sent letters of congratulations.
